Quick Laminated Reference Cards
The inspiration for The Information Company began when my husband, Dr. Marshall Dressel, was doing his Neonatology fellowship. During his fellowship, he laminated a card with drug dosages for quick reference. The residents and nurses noticed the card and inquired, as they wanted a card for themselves. At someone's suggestion, we started our company in 1996 with one product--The NICU Survival Card.
As a practicing neonatologist, Dr. Dressel updates the NICU card when information changes. We also review new literature to see if there are important changes that should be addressed. The PALS, ACLS, BLS, and NRP cards are updated when the American Heart Association makes changes and our customers typically contact us to let us know.
Since July 1996 our list of esteemed customers has been growing. The data on our cards are pulled from many different sources, including American Heart Association, Harriet Lane and Neofax. We sell to individuals and to hospitals, some of which are listed below:
